Introduction

Welcome to Web3D Survey! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at web3dsurvey.com ("Website") operated by Ben Houston, headquartered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Website.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Data Collection and Use

The Website collects 3D graphics API capabilities information for the purpose of conducting a survey via the collector.js script, which is embedded by websites voluntarily participating in the survey. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and do not store any personal information or IP addresses. Collected information will be used to present aggregate data to the 3D graphics developer community on web3dsurvey.com. The collected information will be stored for a maximum of six months, after which it will be deleted. No data collected via the survey is shared with or sold to third parties.

Google Analytics

When you visit the Web3D Survey website, we use Google Analytics to monitor web traffic. Google Analytics collects anonymous information about your use of the Website, which helps us improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Web3D Survey, nor Ben Houston, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Please Don't Sue Us

We are doing this as a service to the 3D graphics developer community, not for financial interest. We are trying our best. If you have problems with something we are doing, please let us know so we can try to address them.
