Real-world WebGL2 extension support statistics for WEBKIT_WEBGL_compressed_texture_pvrtc across browsers, devices, and platforms.
Adds WebKit-prefixed PVRTC compressed texture formats. This is the same basic idea as PVRTC support but exposed through a vendor-prefixed extension name.
